So here is the story - everytime I visit my son and his family in Ohio I come home 5 to 8 pounds lighter. They eat very healthily and are vegetarians and their meals are always so good. They are also prepared with foods I don't usually use, so the challenge would be even more fun!
The last time I visited (late March 2008) I decided that when I got home I would cook in that manner 4 days a week and the other 3 were whatever we wanted. My better half and I could afford to lose some serious weight so this seemed like a great plan.
